The Kansas City Convention Center, anchored by Bartle Hall, is the city’s primary convention destination. Its 388,800 square feet of contiguous, column-free exhibit space is one of the largest single-floor show floors in the country. Skywalk connections to eight major downtown hotels, the Power & Light District, and 1,000 underground parking spaces make it the standard for large-format Kansas City events.

Yes. We submit the certificates of insurance, exhibitor approvals, and load-in schedule the Kansas City Convention Center requires, and we confirm show-specific rules with the venue before move-in. Your team does not chase paperwork.
What does a photo activation look like on a Bartle Hall show floor?
Bartle Hall is built for scale, so the activation has to earn attention in a crowded aisle. How do we measure results across a multi-day convention?
With contact capture, guests opt in when they receive their branded image, and your team gets the contact list in the format your CRM expects. You also receive an engagement report covering the full run of the show, with consent language aligned with your team in advance.
