July through September. Every company in Kansas City holds its party in the same four weeks, and the calendar fills from the outside in. Booking in that window gets you the date you want and the runway to design the experience properly. If your date is not final, tell us the window and we will work with it.
A full, organized gallery of every image, typically the same day or the next day, with usage rights for your internal and brand channels. Your team gets their photos on-site that night, and with three of the four experiences, they leave with something physical too.
