ArtFusion Weekend KC celebrated Kansas City’s vibrant creative spirit, hosted by The Greater Kansas City Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. Lumen Events set the tone for the opening night reception with a branded Print Booth activation, helping guests feel seen, celebrated, and stylish from the moment they arrived.




A Canvas for Connection
The booth featured a clean, bold print template and branded screen flow that complemented the event’s artistic aesthetic. Guests posed for crisp, professional portraits, receiving printed keepsakes and instant digital copies for easy social sharing. This seamless experience blended sophistication, fun, and engagement for all attendees.
Impact by the Numbers
The activation resulted in 130 sessions, 136 social and text shares, and a 95% completion rate. The most popular sharing method was text-to-phone with 81 shares, followed by email and Instagram. Lumen’s Print Booth not only provided tangible keepsakes but also amplified visibility, engagement, and joy throughout the reception.
